Winter 2021/2022 Model Discussions

We seem to go between wild fluctuations medium term in the models at the moment, switching between High pressure blocks to the north east, to rampant vortex building to the north west.
Todays output favouring the latter (see blow day 9 chart), although the Azores high is still trying to ridge north so not the flat pattern we endured last year....at the moment. Also worth noting some encouragement for the Xmas period from the Met (I'll post in another thread)
